Clark is the owner and founder of TruValue Appraisals, LLC.  He is an U.S. Army Veteran and retired North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper. 

Clark is a certified appraiser with more than eleven years of appraisal experience, more than half of which is as owner/partner of TruValue Appraisals, LLC.  Clark has performed appraisals in Johnston, Wake, Wayne, Wilson and Harnett Counties with an in depth working knowledge of each county.

Matt is a Johnston County native and an East Carolina University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration.

Matt has more than 7 years appraisal experience specializing in residential, land/farm, square footage measurements, estates , and foreclosure/liquidation appraisals.

Brad Nash is a Certified Residential Appraiser (A8394) and is a native of North Carolina.  Brad grew up in Garner before going to NC State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004 with a degree in Business Management. 

Brad now lives in Clayton and performs appraisals in Johnston, Harnett, Wake, Wayne, and Wilson Counties.

Lane has been an Office Manager for sixteen years.  She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with HomeTowne Realty on Main Street in Clayton. And Lane is a Ruff Agent, pet rescue, with HTR.
